You can customize each page — add an image, add text, or even some ready templates. It can also be a dynamic template coming from your proposal which automatically includes price summary. You can add the customer name and designer name to this template, as well as details on what stage is the proposal in.
The following page can include a floor plan exported from 2020, a picture of the kitchen that will be remodeled, the elevation images, options, and upgrades. You can make this a static part of your proposal. Your marketing team can create content and images for it and insert them. This will give options to your customers and show them what else can be done with the kitchen. Use this section to showcase other products that you sell and their prices.
- Click Create Visual Proposal

- Add a dynamic template which is the price summary from the proposal, the information about the customer and designer. Hover over the section and click on Add Template option. You can select from multiple versions if you have them. Click the Select button.
- Add any information you need to the section.
- Move to the next page and add a page title.
- Add a section and choose the layout.
- Now you can choose to add an image. Upload it. You can repeat the process and add another image within the same page, in another section.
- Feel free to add a new page and add any information, videos, images, lists, specifications, or pre-built column templates.
When you’re ready, you can download the proposal you’ve created and view the export. Feel free to attach it to an email and send it to your customer
Types of Templates
There are two types of templates: Page Templates and Column Templates.
Page Templates are one or more pages that you can build and inject into a proposal.
Column Templates present an integrative part of individual columns.
The Starter Template can be edited and new information can be added to it. It’s created as an example to empower you to create your own.
For Column Templates, ‘’Basic information with price summary’’ is currently available. You can click Edit Template to see how it looks like. You will see the text looks like it was made in Microsoft Word. You can format it with all the options available in the editor. For example, you can have a basic text but also numbered and unnumbered lists. You can attach pictures and documents, link pages from your website.
When you want to insert a dynamic piece of information, you need to use the offered format.
There is also a list of available fields that you can inject into the column templates.
