What does the onboarding process look like?

During the trial, you will be able to invite and work with demo retailer accounts, process orders, manage your catalogs, and more. When you decide to start using our Stock Cabinet Pricing & Ordering app, you will be able to manage your catalog and dealers in one central location, offer an error-free ordering process to your dealers and save on labor, offer proposal and customer management capabilities to your dealers, manage dealer orders and return merchandise authorizations easily, and use cloud-hosted, accurate inventory tracking. Our professional, super-friendly, and reliable support team will go out of their way to help you and answer any of your questions. Support Guides available on chat at any time contain step-by-step instructions on how to use all of Cabinet Pricing & Ordering features. Training and support are free of charge, always.
How many users does your software support?
There is no limit to the number of users you can create for your company.
Do you offer different user roles? What are they and how do they differ?
There are 2 roles — User and Admin. Both roles have full access to customers, proposals, and orders, with one exception — Admin has access to the settings where they can enable/disable features and abilities, create templates, and manage users. We also added extended permissions feature so admins can create custom user roles and give access to different pages to different people.
Dealer Management
How can I add dealers that already are in the system and invite dealers that are not?
Cabinet Pricing & Ordering software gives you a convenient option to add dealers that already exist in the system and create and add new dealers on your own. The app is highly intuitive and will navigate you to easily add a new Dealer in Dealers page. There is also an option to select an existing dealer from the dropdown and click on the Submit button. There is no need to fill other form fields when selecting an existing Dealer. If you want to add a new Dealer, you need to fill in all form fields. In this case, when submitting the form, your Dealer will be sent an invite link to the provided email which can be used to register in the application. Following that link will lead them to the registration page. Once your Dealer registers, they will have your catalog available and enabled for creating proposals. If you delete a Dealer, you will be able to restore it with their balance.
Is there an option to add and manage discounts for dealers?
Yes, you can define discounts per Dealer, as needed by setting multipliers for each Dealer in the Dealers page. When your dealers use their side of the application, they will see only discounted prices, not the original manufacturer prices. This way they can know how much will cost them when ordering parts.
Will I be able to manage Dealer locations if some of my dealers have multiple locations?
Yes, you have an option to create, update, or remove a location for your dealers within the Dealer edit page.
Can I notify my dealers about any news or updates within the application?
Yes, you can do this from the Announcements page. You can also see the list of all previously created announcements at any time.
Do you offer an option for me to ask for feedback from my dealers?
Yes, Cabinet Pricing & Ordering app allows you to easily communicate with your dealers and ask them for feedback. You can also review the messages already sent and received at any time, send a new message, and continue communication with your dealers.
Orders Management
Do you provide a quicker way to process orders?
Yes, with Cabinet Pricing & Ordering app you can select orders easily and find those you’re looking for faster than ever before. We give you options to filter orders by a retailer, price, status, purchase order number, and vendor order number. You can review and edit orders, change order statuses, and give delivery dates to your dealers.
Can I set and change shipping and delivery fees?
Yes, you can easily set delivery fees by adding radius with starting and ending distance.
Do you provide RMAs management as well?
Yes, you can view, process, and edit your dealers’ return merchandise authorizations, filter them by a dealer, number, and status. Our ERP provides you with easy ways to review the items returned, what style they are, the reason for the return, quantity, and how the retailer wants the returned item to be handled.
Product Management
How can I import my catalog to your system?
There are two options. You can build your catalog by entering collections, styles and parts manually in our app, or you can provide us with CSV files and we will import your catalog for you.
Can I add new cabinet parts and prices after I imported my catalog?
Yes, you can add new cabinet parts by uploading them from a CSV file or by manually adding new cabinet parts. You can also scale prices for all cabinet parts or scale prices of parts per price group and edit prices for each individual cabinet part. There is also an option to create a new cabinet series and new collections within the series.
What are my options for managing cabinet modifications?
We provide ways to manage special modifications for each cabinet series, scale prices, upload modifications from a CSV file or add new and custom modifications manually.
User & Resources Management
Can I add and edit users that will be using the app?
Yes, you can search for specific users by name or email, edit or delete them, add new users, and define their roles.
I like to keep my support documents handy. Is there a way to have and use them within the application?
Yes, you can import and have all of your useful and commonly used files such as PDFs, brochures, or application forms at your fingertips, in one place, within the application. You can manage them within the application, in the Resources page, so they are conveniently available for quick access to all users. Here, you can see the list of all resources, view/edit/delete/download them, or create a new resource.
Inventory Management
Do you have a mobile app for inventory management?
Yes, we do. Our Inventory mobile app allows you to scan and receive purchase orders and helps you with order management — scan and collect from warehouse, scan and assemble cabinets, scan, and ship. Our app is equipped with features like barcode scanning and item grouping. With your phone camera, you can scan the barcode of the items, and the item details will get filled automatically. Once it has been added, the items can be grouped based on the common attributes.
Will I be able to monitor inventory changes?
Yes, you will. All inventory changes are displayed in the Inventory > Activity page. In case you need to check a specific case, you can filter the results by part, collection, or a time frame. There is also a column “Action” to inventory logs displaying the source of quantity change. Unless the source of change is “Manual change”, action will be a link to the corresponding Order/RMA/Purchase order. This way you have more insight into how your inventory changes and what causes changes, allowing you to resolve any possible issues with the inventory.
Dealer Empowerment
Are there any perks or special functionalities that I can offer my Dealers to use when I invite them to collaborate?
Yes. By joining you in using Cabinet Pricing & Ordering ERP, your dealers will be able to easily order cabinets from you, track orders, and use a handy, quick, and convenient mini-chat to communicate with you in real-time. By inviting them to collaborate with you within the app, you provide your dealers with innovative proposal & customer management capabilities that allow your dealers to easily compare and analyze different cabinet styles and collections, directly upload an already existing kitchen design plan from 2020 Design software, run promotions to collect reviews and project photos after sales.
